Vivek Bakshi is a senior executive and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience building technology operations, leadership teams and institutional ecosystems across Europe.
At Wipro, he established the company's delivery footprint across Romania, Poland and Ireland and led its first international shared-services scale-up—from zero to more than 4,000 professionals. His work combined delivery governance, talent strategy, business continuity and multi-country P&L leadership.
Today, Vivek applies that operator's experience to executive advisory, strategic partnerships, investor communication and emerging-technology initiatives. He is particularly focused on helping organisations translate AI and quantum ambition into credible capability, connected ecosystems and commercial progress.
